Semyon Skrepecky Semyon Skrepeckij, real name Robert Mubaryakovich Kuzovkov, is a Russian blogger living in Poland. He arrived with his wife and five children before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, yet somehow managed to obtain political asylum. But there is one glaring question: how did a man with a violent criminal record in Russia qualify as a refugee in Poland?
Criminal Past in Russia
Court records show that in 2005, Kuzovkov was convicted of violent robbery (Article 161, Part 2 of the Russian Criminal Code) and sentenced to prison. After serving his sentence, he had no political activity, no documented opposition ties, and no record of persecution by the Russian state. By any reasonable standard, this background should have excluded him from asylum in the EU. Yet, somehow, he crossed into Poland and was granted protection. Maybe the famous FSB got involed? He does say that only FSB has his case file...
Since relocating to Poland:
He has not worked a single day legally.
He has not learned the Polish language.
He lives off donations and unregistered sales of amateur paintings, funneled into his wife’s bank account to avoid taxes.
He regularly boasts that he “owes nothing to anyone,” treating the host system with open disdain.
Kuzovkov has gone further, openly promoting drug use:
He glorifies magic mushrooms and has been linked to LSD distribution.
He once sent a parcel from Poland to Italy with LSD and mushrooms for fellow blogger Sergey Kirsanov.
He accidentally exposed himself on Telegram by posting about a zakladka (dead drop) drug purchase, which he quickly deleted. But Internet remembers everything.
During live streams, he often appears drunk or high, even while responsible for five children, two of whom are still underage.

All of this is paired with his constant hate speech against Ukrainians.
His rhetoric is xenophobic and extremist, violating Polish and European hate-speech laws (Articles 256 and 257 of the Penal Code).
He positions himself as a “truth-teller” while spewing nonstop anti-Ukrainian propaganda.
Some concentrated rage and hate
Ukrainians infuriate me!
Volnov false accusation. Claiming only FSB has his case/file
Admitting to LSD consumption
Openly disrespecting christian and idiological values of Poland
Chanting "We are the power here!" wearing quetionable outfit next to a Christian sight.
In Poland, there is a ban on communist symbols. Here we have traces of both symbols and lyrics.
The other day I had a weird incident. In Warsaw, a man approached me and started speaking a really strange language. Not Polish, not Russian, and not Ukrainian, but some kind of mix. I said I didn't understand. He asked where I was from. I replied that I was from Russia. He said he was from Slovakia and asked for some change for food. He was an older man, tidy, dark-skinned but didn’t look like a Gypsy. I gave him 20 PLN and walked on. And he started shouting at my back—'Glory to Russia.' And this isn't the first time such a thing has happened to me.
And here’s the problem—the majority of Russians living in Europe are decent people. Except the Germans. In Germany, there are a mega-shit-ton of Russian-German assholes, Putin-lovers, and in the Baltic countries, there are many Russian degenerates whom the Estonians, Lithuanians, and Latvians didn't deport out of pity back in the day. But in Poland, Czechia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, etc., there are many decent Russians who escaped from the GULAG. For the most part, these Russians are the best representatives of Russia. Smart, educated, hardworking, brave, and strong in spirit. People who weren't afraid to drop everything and leave for the unknown, for a new life.
The essence of the problem is that Europeans look at us and think all Russians are like this. And how to deal with that, I don't know. I can’t present myself as Ukrainian. I don't want them to look at me with recognition, as an 'ukhilyant' (draft dodger). I could present myself as Belarusian, but I don't like potatoes.
He is a man of a thousand faces, none of them honest. When he wants to look superior, he identifies as a "Russian elite" escaped from the GULAG. But the moment he’s confronted with the reality of being "rusnya," he hides behind his Bashkortostan roots to play the victim. He uses his ethnicity not as a point of pride, but as a tactical shield to deflect accountability for the very chauvinism he spreads.
The case of Skrepeckij/Kuzovkov raises urgent questions:
How was a convicted violent criminal able to receive asylum in Poland?
Why is a man who refuses integration, avoids taxes, abuses drugs, and spreads xenophobia still enjoying protected status?
What message does this send to genuine refugees who actually flee persecution and want to build honest lives?
This is not a minor oversight. It is a case that demands investigation, accountability, and action from the relevant authorities.

Do not be intimidated by insolent Russian imperialists who confuse freedom of speech with impunity and arrogance. They live with the groundless conviction that the world revolves around them, that everyone secretly supports them, and that they can spit on laws as they have done for years.
